Mitigation Technician (Water / Fire / Mold) – $22–$26/hr + Growth Opportunities

We’re building one of the most responsive, professional mitigation teams in Columbus—and we’re looking for experienced technicians who take pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do
· Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services

· Set up drying equipment, monitor jobs, and document progress

· Handle demolition, cleanup, and job site prep

· Communicate clearly with team members and customers

· Follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency

What We’re Looking For
· 1+ year of mitigation, restoration, construction, or similar hands-on experience

· Basic understanding of drying principles, equipment, and job flow

· Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work

· Ability to handle physically demanding work

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bonus if you have:
· IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)

· Experience with moisture mapping and documentation
